Navy veteran. Small business owner. Lifelong Connecticut resident. Matt Corey is running for Lieutenant Governor to bring real leadership β and common sense β back to Hartford.
Born in Hartford. Raised in Manchester. A son of immigrants who came to Connecticut for opportunity and built a life of hard work and faith.
Matt enlisted in the U.S. Navy at 18, served his country with honor β including a 1983 deployment to Beirut β and came home to build something of his own. He founded Advanced Services International in 1990, opened McKinnon's Pub in Hartford, and today runs The One Wood Pub at East Hartford Golf Course.
He's running for Lieutenant Governor because Connecticut deserves leaders who've actually built something β not career politicians who've never met a payroll.
Matt's platform is built on the principles of Drive, Opportunity, Growth, and Efficiency β putting Connecticut workers, small businesses, and communities first.
Cut Connecticut's crushing tax burden on working families. Make energy, housing, and groceries affordable again β so your paycheck goes further.
